Miniso, a global retail leader, was experiencing operational inefficiencies due to the fact that their existing ERP platform was not integrated with their POS system. This meant that manual intervention was required to add inventory items and keep systems synched.
After conducting a fit/gap analysis, Mibusoft determined that an omni-channel solution combining Microsoft NAV 2018 and NP Retail would address Miniso’s integration requirements as well as give and track tax exemptions for First Nations shoppers. Mibusoft was able to switch all 32 of Miniso’s Canadian stores to the new NP Retail solution in less than 45-50 days, with no hardware change.
Miniso now has a unified ERP and POS system. Manual intervention is no longer required. All sales transactions are posted live ensuring analytic data is always up to date while also enhancing the replenishment and distribution of inventory.
